NEW in 2025 is the Whale Trail Full Day Guided EBiking Wine Tour

This tour is designed for keen and experienced cyclists. This is a group tour with a maximum of 8pax (not private). Departing from our Blenheim Central base, our friendly local guide will fit guests with modern eBikes; then guide guests along scenic cycle paths to Yealands Estate (hilly, approximately 40km), in the Awatere Valley. Along the way, experience a winery tour and tasting and stop for morning tea.

Arriving at the iconic Yealands Cellar Door, guests will reward their hard work with a wine tasting!

You will to ride the iconic ‘White Roads’ through the vineyards, along the spectacular coast. Riding approximately 7.5km along gentle hilly gravel paths, including animal feeding, coastal lookout with bubbles, butterfly gully and a stop for lunch (gourmet picnic and wine included). Our guide will then drive guests back to Blenheim.

We ride along gravel roads and through vineyards. The tour guides provides commentary throughout the tour on the wines, history and geography of NZ’s largest wine region
