If cancellation is more than 48 hours before the booking, there is no charge and a full refund is given.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking will receive no refund.
If it is raining on the day of your Guided biking wine tour, we will endeavour to switch you to a driving wine tour and only if this is not possible will a full refund be given.
Covid 19 may cause a changing of alert levels, border closures or flight cancellations. If any of these have effected the clients ability to travel then a full refund will be given or the booking can be shifted to an alternative date at no charge.
