About

Explore Marlborough is a family-owned tourism business run by Kat Walker, Roo Allan, and their family team. Based at the Vines Village in Renwick, Marlborough, the business has been operating since 2013. Owners Kat and Roo took over four years ago, bringing deep local roots – Kat is a former winery CEO with extensive knowledge of Marlborough’s wine industry. The team of 20 guides includes winemakers, vintners, and long-time locals who share genuine passion for the region.

Explore Marlborough holds a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award (2025), Qualmark Gold accreditation, and was a finalist in the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards 2025.
